* Rename core namespace to gfx.
* Add PaletteV5 to accommodate namespace change.
* Add TileSheetV5. TileSheetV5 retains the bpp field for the sake of
  CompactTileSheet, but always store it pixel as 8 bpp for itself.

  project explorer.
